Return Policy

We guarantee every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied, contact us within 30 days — we'll refund your money for the unused portion of your order or replace your unused product, whichever you prefer. Personalized toothbrushes, however, are neither returnable nor refundable.

Shipping Policy

Venture Six, Inc., offers shipping to most locations worldwide. However, orders placed online through our website can only be shipped by UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous United States.

UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes nor to APO addresses. For these and other orders (such as expedited shipments and orders to be shipped to outside the 48 contiguous United States — including International orders), please contact us by email, by telephone at 1-800-448-3686 or 1-818-506-2901, or by fax at 1-818-506-5770.
